Off to Isla Partida and Espiritu Santo

It is our last day in La Paz. I finally have access to the internet and I am able to update the blog.

The morning started early for me, I woke up around 6 in the morning and rush to get the blog updated so I could upload once the access to the net was available. We had breakfast, dinghjy to the marina, took a nice, hot shower and walked to an Internet cafe. Matt sat down looking forward to a peaceful connection. The girls and I left him and headed to downtown for our last bacon wrapped hotdog. Stop at radio shack and then ice cream at "La Fuente". The best ice cream in town! (You must get it in a cone or Lirio. Then we switched, Matt took the girls and here I am, trying to close and episode of sailing. I believe James and our new friend Biff will sail with us to the islands tomorrow! I am looking forward!

We will probably be out of touch until Mazatlan!
Love!!

  1. You're going too fast!!! We'll never catch up!!! :) I'm glad to see you're having such a good time. I can't wait to hear more. Quitting my job in 2 weeks...still on track for leaving in April. Any tips?

  2. It was indeed a wonderful time out at Isla Espiritu Santo and Partido. We all anchored in a beautiful fjord like bay with various shades of blue water over a white sandy bottom and surrounded by the most beautiful, life filled desert I have ever seen. All of us wanted to stay, "one more day", but as it was, plans had us moving on in different directions and so we all agreed to meet another day.

I greatly look forward to that day... if I had not met the Beemer family, my parting days in La Paz would have certainly been lacking, as I would have missed out on the cheerful, loving energy they carry with them where ever they go, Thanks Endurance! for sharing the few wonderful days we had together. Until next time, Fair Winds My Friends :O)
